What You’ll Do

• Act as a client-facing support mechanism for the organization’s operational divisions.
• Manage complex or larger accounts involving reconciliation of client contracts and payments.
• Review focus accounts and provide cash forecasting for the month/quarter on a weekly basis.
• Collect a minimum of 50% of aged receivables monthly through inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow documented issue-resolution and escalation procedures to support cash intake.
• Respond to all incoming client correspondence within 24 hours, with full follow-up within 72 hours.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance or an equivalent field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals using Microsoft Word and Excel.
