What You’ll Do

• Provide Level 2 application support for enterprise integrations and infrastructure.
• Administer and support SAG WebMethods, including deployments and performance tuning.
• Manage and monitor Oracle Database environments and Shareplex replication systems.
• Develop shell scripts to automate routine operations and system tasks on Linux/Unix.
• Support containerized application environments on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and coordinate with regional stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in IT and application support.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Linux administration, Oracle DB, shell scripting, SAG WebMethods, and networking (TCP/IP).
