What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Dataform/dbt, and Cloud Functions.
- Build real-time streaming pipelines using Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka, and Dataflow.
- Architect data lake and warehouse solutions using Dataproc, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Optimize query performance and pipeline cost-efficiency through scheduling and partitioning.
- Ensure data security, access control, and compliance across storage architectures.
- Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) and monitor pipeline health using Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data engineering, with a specific focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python or Java, SQL, Apache Beam, and Apache Airflow. Experience with database systems (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
