What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with vendors and GCO teams to resolve audio-video equipment issues.
• Set up and support large-scale enterprise events like Town Halls and VC presentations.
• Perform daily health checks on meeting room devices and conference room setups.
• Provide desktop, laptop, MacBook, and Zoom Rooms support to clients.
• Manage incident and service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Eligibility Criteria
