Salary Structure and Grades

Selected candidates receive pay scales on the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern as detailed below:

  • AGM/JGM (E-6/E-7): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 or ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 basic pay scale
  • Deputy General Manager (E-5): ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 basic pay scale
  • Senior Manager (E-4): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 basic pay scale
  • Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 basic pay scale

The selection process comprises the following stages:
