Job Description

• Role: Customer Success, Service & Operations – Voice Process
• Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
• Salary: 3,85,000 to 4,56,750 LPA
• Shift: Night Shifts / Flexible shifts with 2 consecutive days off
• Language: Excellent English and Hindi communication is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Education: 10+2 / 12th Pass. Any graduate or PG is eligible to apply.
• Experience: Freshers can apply! Candidates with BPO or International Voice Process experience will have an edge.
• Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education.
