• Solve Problems: Act as a trusted advisor to resolve time-sensitive client issues and answer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Train & Educate: Help clients understand ADP’s products and train their users on new technology.
• Build Relationships: Exceed client expectations in every interaction and provide feedback to leaders on best practices.
• Organize & Multitask: Manage your daily workload, handle back-to-back inquiries, and stay up-to-date on policy changes.
