Role Overview

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, ensuring high-quality resolution of queries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound voice calls for global customers.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and within a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team targets for quality and productivity.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0 to 3 years (International Voice experience preferred).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent, and problem-solving skills.
• Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and readiness to work rotational/night shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is 2.5-4 Lacs P.A.
