What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI and software solutions in live operational environments.
- Embed with customers to build trusted relationships and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and abstract successful custom solutions into reusable platform features.
- Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring pipelines using Snowflake or similar tools.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and write backend services in Python.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent startup experience).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundations in Python, building LLM-based applications (RAG, multi-agent frameworks), REST APIs, and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Soft Skills: High agency, comfortable with ambiguity, bias to action, and exceptional customer communication skills.
