What You’ll Do

• Provide autonomous IT operational and production support according to documented standards.
• Diagnose, install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Maintain and monitor server systems, data storage, and backup systems for Data Closet locations.
• Plan and execute Data Closet maintenance activities (H1 and H2 plans) and manage AMC renewals.
• Administer user permissions, patch management (SCCM/YUM), and database health checks.
• Use incident management systems to log actions, analyze trend data, and optimize IT processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or relevant industry certification preferred.
• Experience: Significant work experience and in-depth technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and systems support.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016-2022), Linux (RHEL, Oracle Linux), databases (SQL, Oracle), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Methodology: Exposure to Six Sigma or process improvement frameworks is highly preferred.
