Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration package commensurate with their scale (MMGS II, MMGS III, or SMGS IV) and technical expertise. Compensation is paid on a contractual basis, subject to standard deductions. Allowances, annual increments, and final terms will be detailed in the individual contract offer and are subject to annual performance reviews.

The selection process follows a three-stage structure: Online Written Test (if conducted), Shortlisting, and a Personal Interview. The online test consists of three sections: English Language (20 questions, 20 marks, 15 minutes), General Awareness (20 questions, 20 marks, 30 minutes), and Professional Knowledge (60 questions, 60 marks, 60 minutes). English and General Awareness sections are qualifying only. Only the Professional Knowledge score is used to shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview. The interview carries a minimum qualifying mark of 40% for Unreserved/EWS and 35% for Reserved categories. The interviews will be conducted in New Delhi.
