What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with engineering teams, site staff, and external vendors for execution activities.
• Track project timelines, progress, and deliverables across multiple data center locations.
• Manage the full project documentation lifecycle, including L2 to L4, SAT, ISAT, and HOTO packages.
• Maintain document registers, submission schedules, version control, and audit readiness.
• Support preventive maintenance planning, track service requests, and monitor SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for documentation-related customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in project coordination, service operations, or HVAC/data center projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, documentation tools, and reporting systems.
