What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with engineering teams, site staff, and external vendors for execution activities.
- Track project timelines, progress, and deliverables across multiple data center locations.
- Manage the full project documentation lifecycle, including L2 to L4, SAT, ISAT, and HOTO packages.
- Maintain document registers, submission schedules, version control, and audit readiness.
- Support preventive maintenance planning, track service requests, and monitor SLA compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for documentation-related customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in project coordination, service operations, or HVAC/data center projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, documentation tools, and reporting systems.
- Core Skills: Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication abilities.
