Role Overview

In this role, you will be part of the Customer Success, Service & Operations team, handling inbound voice process interactions. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service in both English and Hindi.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (12th Pass); Any graduate or PG is eligible.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with BPO experience will have an edge.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts and flexible shift/week-offs.
• Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education.
• Willingness to work from the office is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary pay is INR 3,96,000 to 4,70,000 LPA. Additional benefits include a Zeta Meal Card (INR 13,200 PA), health insurance up to INR 5.0 Lacs, a night shift allowance of INR 150/shift, overtime allowance as per business requirement, and a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off.
