Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
• Freshers can apply. Candidates with BPO experience would have an edge.
• Excellent English communication is a mandate.
• Mandatory: Both languages are mandate for this role, i.e., English and Hindi.
• Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/week offs.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Salary Base Pay: ₹3,85,000 to ₹4,56,750 LPA
• Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100/month (INR 13,200/PA)
• Health Insurance: Benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
• Night Shift Allowance: INR 150/shift
• Overtime: Allowance as per business requirement.
• Work Days: 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (off days change based on business requirement).
