Salary and Posting Value

Project Engineers will be engaged on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable up to a maximum of four years. The monthly remuneration is fixed at Rs. 40,000 for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000 for the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000 for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55,000 for the 4th year. Selected candidates will also receive a medical allowance and a lump-sum retention bonus upon successful completion of the tenure.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

1. Written Test: Candidates meeting the initial eligibility will be called for a written exam (objective type).
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for a personal interview to evaluate technical knowledge and communication skills.
