Salary and Posting Value

Selected candidates will receive a basic salary of ₹16,900 per month. In addition to the basic pay, candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, and a medical allowance of ₹1,500 per month. Postings will be across BEML’s manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, Kolar Gold Fields, Mysore, and Palakkad.

Selection Process

The selection process includes the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Written Test (CBT): A 2-hour objective test (100 marks) covering General Awareness, English, Reasoning, and Trade Knowledge. There is no negative marking.
2. Document Verification: Verification of credentials for candidates who qualify in the CBT.
3. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Verification of fitness criteria.
