Firstsource is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process in Hyderabad. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills. Note that candidates must be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle voice process operations, addressing customer queries and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide effective resolutions.

• Use basic computer applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass, Undergrad, or Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (International voice experience preferred).
• Skills: Good verbal and written communication.
• Requirement: Must be okay with 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is 2.5-3.5 Lacs P.A. A one-way cab facility is provided up to 24 KMS.
