Salary Structure and Allowances

Salaries are determined according to the 7th Pay Commission pay levels for Central Government employees:

• Joint Director: Pay Level-12 (₹78,800 to ₹2,09,200 basic pay)
• Manager (IT): Pay Level-11 (₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700 basic pay)
• Junior Assistant Grade-II: Pay Level-02 (₹19,900 to ₹63,200 basic pay)

Pay, deputation allowance, and other service benefits will be governed by the standard Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) guidelines and Foreign Service rules on deputation.

Selection Criteria

The selection process comprises the following stages:

1. Scrutiny of Online Applications: Checking eligibility based on qualifications, parent organization status, and pay level.
2. Document Verification: Reviewing the forwarded hard copy application, along with APAR dossiers, vigilance clearances, and certificates.
3. Interview/Assessment: Final selection is based on evaluation of service records, qualifications, and performance in an interview (for Group A posts).
