Salary Structure and Allowances

The Civil Police Constable post is placed at Pay Level 7 under the Karnataka state government 7th Pay Commission pay matrix. The monthly pay scale is ₹37,500 to ₹76,100. Selected candidates are also eligible for the following allowances:

  2. Physical Standard Test (PST): Height must be minimum 168 cm (males) / 157 cm (females), weight minimum 45 kg (females), and chest minimum 86 cm with 5 cm expansion (males).
  3. Physical Endurance Test (PET): Includes running (1600m in 6 min 30 sec for males; 400m in 2 min for females), high jump, long jump, and shot put.
