What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle queries via ServiceNow tickets and phone.
• Process employee data changes (contract hours, level, salary, transfers, and resignations).
• Manage employee leave processes (maternity, parental, unpaid leave, etc.).
• Prepare and send monthly instructions to the payroll provider.
• Administer the firm’s leaver process and invoice processing.
• Prepare employment confirmation letters (tenancy, mortgage, business visa, post-employment).
• Extract data and prepare reports for the business.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience working with HR systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably with HR specialization).
