Stipend and Allowances

Apprentices receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹15,000 for the duration of the one-year training program. No other perks, allowances, bonuses, medical cover, or travel concessions are paid by the bank.

Selection Criteria

The selection process comprises the following stages:

  1. Online Examination: A 100-mark test covering General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General English, and Bank Products. No negative marking applies.
  2. Local Language Proof: Proficiency in the local language of the applied state must be demonstrated.
  3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their graduation certificates and category proofs.
  4. Medical Examination: Clearance of a basic physical check is required for final deployment.
