Selection Process

The selection process consists of four stages:

1. Phase-I (Preliminary Exam): An online objective test (100 marks) testing English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
2. Phase-II (Main Exam): Comprises an online objective test and a descriptive test (total 230 marks). The descriptive test carries 30 marks in the 2026 cycle.
3. Phase-III (Psychometric Test): A personality assessment.
4. Phase-III (Group Exercise & Interview): Group activities (20 marks) and personal interview (30 marks).

The final merit list is based on combined Main Exam and Phase-III interview/group exercise marks.
